Facts What does Monroeville Freightliner (referred to herein as “Monroeville Freightliner”, the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), do with your personal information?

How? All companies need to share customers’ Personal Information to run their everyday business, including responding to customer inquiries and processing Finance Applications. Lookslike Inc. and its divisions eBizAutos and Motorcar.com shall use, distribute, and store the information in accordance with the privacy policy.

Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

Request Copy of Data

Residents of the State of California or Nevada may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.

Request to Delete Data

You may request that your Personal Information (if any) be deleted. If your information was already sold, shared, or transferred to a Partner or Third Party (including but not limited to a Financial Institution or Costomer Relationship Manager (CRM)), additional requests may need to be sent to those Companies as well.

Do Not Sell / Opt Out

In order to submit a Web Form or Finance Application you must indicate that you "Opt In" to having your information sold, shared, or transferred. In order to "Opt Out" from having your information sold, shared, or transferred you must refrain from submitting a Web Form or Finance Application as that type of action implies that you are opting in. Personal Information is not shared unless a Web Form or Finance Application is submitted.
